Pacific farming systems are often fragile and vulnerable due to climate change and natural disasters. The Sustainable Agriculture theme promotes agricultural technologies and approaches to enhance resilient farming systems. Technical services are targeted at building the capacity of extension services and institutions through robust information systems (inventory, documentation and promotion of innovative solutions for agricultural resilience), policy advocacy, and effective networking.
