Through this work, the Land Resources Division will empower member countries to enact solutions for endangered forests and landscapes, as well as their associated vulnerable communities. This includes development and improvement of policies, plans, laws and strategies and strengthening capacity for the widespread application of sustainable forest and landscape management and the sustainable utilization of forests and tree products.
