Florence Rahiria joined LRD as Deputy Director, bringing over 14 years of experience in international development in the Pacific Region. Before joining LRD in May 2021, Flo worked in Papua New Guinea with AusAID/DFAT (Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Australia) in several senior programme management roles. She also managed the Pacific regional programme for the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research based in Fiji, and has experience in the banking and finance industry and in public service in PNG. 

Flo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from the University of Papua New Guinea, as well as a Master's Degree in International Development from York University in the United Kingdom.
