Azaria is the Operations Manager for LRD. Her role involves managing and coordinating the support team in providing high-quality budget and financial management, procurement and administration services to both internal and external stakeholders of LRD. Additionally, she is responsible for overseeing the Information Communication and Knowledge Management team.

Azaria worked as a program manager in the bilateral and regional development cooperation space for over 15 years. She is deeply passionate about community development in the Pacific, particularly inclusive and participatory initiatives that strengthen the region's people and livelihoods. Azaria holds a Masters of Business qualification from the University of Newcastle, Australia, and has been serving with SPC for over six years. She is a proud Samoan national.
